The old girl was a late bloomer! And to their credit - they did a BEAUTIFUL loving job of restoring this incredible dwelling that was built with love - and brought her into the 21st Century. No point in doing it just to cover them up. Also, on houses that old, the floors were carpeted, so they weren't finished in any color - dark or light. When you compare it with the incredible shade of green in the boy's room, it's a total fail. Could have done without nondescript pink, or pink of any kind for a girl's bedroom. Just couldn't take the constant banter and side trips.
